A: Yes, customized sample will be charged set-up fee according to your requirements. We also offer free samples for you to check quality, but we do not cover the shipping cost.
Q: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer specifications of the products, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q: Can you help with the design? What format design file you want for printing?
A: We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images. Design format: AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
Q: How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time?
A: Sample time: 3-5days, production lead time is usually about 7-20 working days.
Q: How can I know if my goods have been manufactured?
A: Photos took on site will be sent to you during the production. We will keep you updated in time.
Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfy your quality, what will you do?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm every detail before mass production. The goods will be produced according to the confirmed samples. For quality issues, please get back with reasons and photos then we will send you improved replacements or refund. For Trade Assurance Orders, you can apply for Alibaba’s help to negotiate.
